Description

Manual harvest at the end of September/beginning of October; traditional white winemaking in steel, at a controlled temperature. It matures in steel and refines for a month in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; nose of flowers and white pulp fruit; taut, fresh, mineral, saline sip.

Pairings

Fish appetizers, seafood crudités, light first courses based on fish or vegetables.
