Manual collection in perforated boxes; cryomaceration for a week, white vinification with destemming and soft pressing; the wine matures in steel on the fine lees for 3 months.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; nose of pear and white flowers, accompanied over time by the hydrocarbon notes typical of the vine; dry and mineral on the palate, with a light buttery note.

Ground appetizers, cured meats and mature cheeses.
