Manual harvest and classic red wine vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine matures in new 5hl tonneaux, where malolactic fermentation also takes place, and is aged for 14/18 months.

Intense red colour with bluish notes, compact nose with spicy notes of cocoa and liquorice, enveloping, powerful, balanced in the mouth.

Long-cooked red meat, game.
