Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard of overripe grapes on the vine; fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 15 days; the wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels and refines in the bottle.
Deep ruby red colour; enveloping nose of spices, hazelnut and morello cherry; warm sip supported by good acidity, dynamic and persistent.
