“Fosarin” Collio DOC 2021

Fosarin, from which this wine originates, is a 2.5 hectare vineyard located in Cormons at 180m above sea level, with vines with an average age of 50 years exposed to the South/Southeast. After white vinification, the wine refines for 5 months in barrique and rests in the bottle before being put on the market.

Bright straw yellow colour. On the nose, yellow pulp fruit and white flowers meet notes of aromatic herbs and sweet spices. The sip is rich and enveloping, fresh and mineral. Long fruity and floral finish.

It goes well with rich vegetarian dishes or white seafood first and second courses.
