Description

Destemming, fermentation on the skins for 10 days with regular pumping over in concrete tanks, racking with soft pressing of the skins. Matured in concrete tanks for two years, refined in bottle for 6 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red, floral scent, reminiscent of rose, red berries and morello cherry. Intense, fresh, fruity and elegant tannins on the palate.
