“Fratini” Bolgheri Superiore DOC 2017

Fermentation with spontaneous yeasts, long maceration on the skins and aging for 18 months in 500 liter oak barrels.

Intense purple red color with violet reflections. Notes of ripe dark fruit emerge on the nose, then accompanied by territorial and varietal, herbaceous and salty scents, with a nice spicy trace. Balanced sip between fruit and tertiary complexity. Long persistence.
