The grapes macerate for at least eight months in terracotta amphorae and large oak barrels. The wine ages for a further six months in concrete for optimal stabilization.

Golden yellow color; nose of yellow-fleshed fruit and elderflower; fresh and mineral on the palate, very flavorful and drinkable.
