Description

Crushing, destemming and pressing, cold decantation for 12 hours, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C for approximately 15/18 days; aging in steel for 10/12 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with green and golden reflections; intense and elegant nose, fruity, with notes of almond and floral hints of jasmine and lemon flowers; fresh and soft sip, of apple, dried fruit and vanilla, with the typical note of almond and a nice citrus aftertaste.
