100% Fumin, native Aosta Valley vine.
Traditional red vinification in steel; maturation in large wood for 12 months, refinement in bottle for 24 months.
Purple red color tending towards ruby with violet reflections; fine nose, of good intensity and persistence, spicy and floral, with hints of vanilla, white pepper and cloves; dry, warm and soft sip, with elegant tannins.
Game, stewed red meats, well-matured cheeses.
