Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of September; soft crushing with destemming, followed by fermentation of the must in white wine at a controlled temperature; the wine matures in stainless steel for 7 months, refining for a period in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; aromatic, intense and persistent nose, with hints of elderflower; full, savoury and long finish.

Aperitifs, shellfish, baked fish, medium-aged cheeses, aromatic vegetarian dishes.
