Description

Manual harvest in the last ten days of October; after destemming and pressing, the grapes are slowly fermented, with maceration on the skins for 30 days; the wine ages for 12 months in new French oak barriques and then refines in the bottle for a few months.

Tasting

Deep ruby red color; intense nose of blackberry, currant, and blueberry, with fresh and spicy notes; soft and harmonious on the palate, dry, with a lovely flavor, with spicy and undergrowth aftertaste.
