Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard between the second and third week of September; vinification in the absence of oxygen, cold pressing, spontaneous fermentation; the wine matures in steel on the fine lees for 4 months.

Tasting

Pale straw yellow colour with greenish hues; floral and fruity nose of apple, citrus, acacia and jasmine; fragrant and harmonious, fresh and persistent on the palate.
