Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 10%
Maceration of the musts for 14/20 days, with short and frequent pumping over; once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine matures in large wooden barrels for 30 months.
Dark and concentrated ruby red color. On the nose blackberries and black cherries in jam, dried violets, vanilla, cloves, cocoa, tobacco and dense balsamic sensations. Structured, warm and soft sip, with dense and smooth tannins and tantalizing flavor and freshness. Long spicy and vanilla finish.
Game, game, grilled meats, mature cheeses.
