BottlesWhite vinification with soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, 18-20 °C, storage in barriques (30%) and steel for one year, bottling in November, bottle ageing another year.
Aromas reminiscent of flint and high mountain hay. Dry, moderately acidic flavour with good body.
Risottos with mushrooms or vegetables, well-structured fish or white meat dishes, well seasoned with spices or aromatic sauces, or young, tasty cheeses.
