Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, at the end of September; white vinification with soft pressing of the destemmed grapes, fermentation and maturation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with rest on the fine lees for 6 months.
Deep yellow color with golden tones; aromatic, intense scent, with floral notes of rose, spicy notes of cloves, sweet notes of tropical fruit; the sip opens with sweetness and creaminess, with a constant sensation of ripe fruit.
Aperitif, seafood appetizers, oriental cuisine, hot and spicy vegetarian dishes.
