Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (26°); aging for approximately 12 months in steel and at least 6 months in the bottle.
Intense ruby red colour; nose of red fruits and aromatic herbs; warm sip with soft tannins and good persistence.
Grilled red meats, stewed game, mature cheeses.
