Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard from mid-September to early October. Immediate separation from the must with decantation then fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature; aging in steel for 6 months.

Tasting

Slightly golden straw yellow colour; great olfactory complexity on the nose, fresh and pleasant with hints of apple, white peach and cut grass. Elegant, balanced and clean sip, with good structure, tending towards softness and with a good final freshness.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, fish-based dishes.
