Giulio Ferrari “Riserva del Fondatore” Trento DOC 2012

Giulio Ferrari is obtained from an extreme selection of pure Chardonnay grapes, harvested from the property’s vineyards located between 400 and 600 meters above sea level on the hills around Trento. It matures for over 10 years on yeasts selected from crops owned by the cellar.

Bright yellow color with golden reflections, with very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it stands out for its intensity and complexity; mineral and tropical blend together, together with notes of white chocolate and hazelnut and balsamic and spicy hints. The sip is creamy and velvety, of acacia honey and tropical fruits, all supported by great freshness and elegance.
