The base wine undergoes its first fermentation in large wood (larch-oak) and stainless steel; second fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, maturation on the lees for at least 30 months; no dosage at disgorging.

Lively straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, fine and persistent bubbles; delicate and persistent nose, with a marked mineral character; dry and harmonious on the palate, with remarkable freshness and balance.

Aperitifs, grilled fish, shellfish.
