Description

The grapes are harvested by hand in September, in small boxes of maximum 10kg; the vinification is carried out spontaneously in concrete tanks, after which the wine ages for 6 months in the tank and for 3 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Golden yellow color with floral and citrus aromas. On the palate it is savory, with consistent notes reminiscent of bitter almond.
