Grechetto
The grapes, carefully selected in the vineyard, are subjected to a very short cold maceration in a closed press before alcoholic fermentation to allow optimal extraction of the varietal aromas. The musts, after static decantation and adjustment of the fine lees, are vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages on the fine lees until bottling in March/April.
Straw yellow colour. Intense and decisive aroma with notes of jasmine and citrus fruits. Large, fresh and delicately savory sip, with an almond finish characteristic of the Grechetto grape.
Elaborate fish dishes, white meats, cheeses.
