Description

Destemming and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24/25°C; contact with the skins for 3/4 days, racking of the free-run must only without adding press wine. Malolactic fermentation completely carried out in steel or concrete; maturation on the fine lees and bottling in spring.

Tasting

Bright ruby red color. Delicate nose of red fruit and dried flowers. Fresh and mineral on the palate, harmonious, with good persistence.
