Description

Cold maceration for 4/5 days, low temperature fermentation for about 8 days, aging in stainless steel barrels.

Tasting

Ruby red color. Intense of wild red fruits, with a spicy streak that increases with aging. Drinkable and intriguing.

Very versatile, it lends itself to any combination from an aperitif to fish-based dishes.
