Description

The grapes are harvested, pressed and fermented spontaneously in steel; maturation also continues in steel, until refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Warm yellow color; broad and ripe nose, of citrus, apples and spices; rich sip, of fleshy fruit, with good acidity and notes of fresh herbs and flowers; peppery finish.
