BottlesManual harvest at the end of September; spontaneous fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins for 45/50 days; after racking, the wine matures for 12 months in French oak barriques and for 12 months in ceramic mixture amphorae; followed by refinement for at least 6 months in the bottle.
Ruby red color, fine nose of cherries, raspberries and blackberries, with subtle notes of vanilla and spices; elegant and velvety sip, with good body and freshness, with a long, persistent finish.
Roasts, stews, grilled meats, mature cheeses.
