Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; fermentation partially carried out in truncated cone-shaped wooden vats, with manual punching down and pumping over; the wine matures for 7 months in first passage untoasted barriques.
Deep red color, nose of fresh red fruit, with notes of black cherry, currant and a touch of vanilla; very decisive sip, with a full and sweet entry.
Braised meats, stewed meats, game, mature cheeses.
