Description

Manual harvesting in boxes, with late harvest selection; destemming, soft crushing and cold stabilisation at a temperature of 4/5 °C for about 5 days; the wine matures for 6 months in oak barrels and is refined in bottles.

Tasting

Pale straw yellow colour tending to golden; broad and complex nose, with the classic green notes of Sauvignon, here attenuated by hints of exotic fruit, accompanied by a rich floral range; intense and complex, spicy on the palate, with a background of vanilla and toasted wood.

Rich appetisers, seafood first courses, spicy vegetarian dishes, shellfish and seafood, medium mature cheeses.
