Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard, between the second and third week of September; spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins, initial maturation in steel, then in barriques for 4 years.

Lively ruby red colour with violet hues; vinous and delicate nose, with notes of strawberry, plum and liquorice; dry, harmonious mouthfeel, with a well-presented tannic texture.

First courses with meat and game sauces, braised meats, roasts, mature cheeses.
