Description

Grape harvest between the first and second ten days of October, maceration on the skins for 4 weeks; maturation in cement vats for 10 months, then a year of refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Bright ruby red color; nose of flowers, dark fruits and Mediterranean scrub; fresh and juicy sip, with elegant tannins and a long and balsamic finish.
