Incrocio Manzoni “Doà” Alto Adige IGT 2017

Coming from vineyards near Vadena, at 250m on porphyritic soil, this Incrocio Manzoni ferments in wood at a controlled temperature and ages for 12 months in small oak barrels.

Straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The aroma recalls ripe grapefruit, apple and honey, accompanied by oak wood. The body is persistent and elegant.

Grilled scampi, fish cooked with aromatic herbs, tasty soft cheeses.
