Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; traditional red vinification with maceration of the grapes for approximately 10 days; the wine matures in barriques for at least 12 months and refines in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Intense ruby red colour; persuasive nose of black berry fruit, with sensations of spices that blend in perfect harmony; warm, persistent, elegant and well-structured sip.
First courses with meat sauces, braised meats, roasts, game, mature cheeses.
