Trebbiano Toscano 70%, Sauvignon 20%, Greco 10%
The grapes are harvested and selected manually, and vinified separately. The crushed grapes undergo maceration with the skins for approximately 12/24 hours. The must ferments spontaneously in steel at low temperature for one/two months. At the end of fermentation the wine is left on the yeasts for another 2 months and then assembled.
Deep straw yellow colour; fresh and balsamic nose, of white flowers and fruits; dry, savory sip, good body and long persistence.
Seafood appetizers, vegetarian dishes, white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
