Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; vinification of white grapes with spontaneous fermentation and long maceration on the skins; matures for a year in wooden barrels and refines in bottle.

Tasting

Aromatic and harmonious nose of citrus fruits, honey, flowers and yellow fruit, with spicy and wild herbal notes; concentrated and complex sip, elegant and soft, with a velvety and light tannin, and a beautiful minerality and lively acid finish.
