Description

Manual harvest at the end of October; vinification in white cement, at a controlled temperature. Matured in concrete tanks on fine lees for three months, refined in bottle for two months.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow colour, slightly golden; nose of fruit and citrus with notes of aromatic herbs; soft and full sip, savory and mineral, with great persistence.

Grilled fish and shellfish, seafood first courses, white meats.
