Spontaneous fermentation on the skins in conical oak vats for 60/90 days. Once the maceration is finished, it is aged in 20 or 30 hl barrels for 3 years and refined in the bottle for 1 year. Unfiltered.
Each of the three varieties gives its contribution to the overall harmony; The aromatic bouquet of Friulano stands out on the nose, which Malvasia accompanies in the sip, leading to the softness and flavor of Chardonnay.
