Vineyard of origin: Municipality of Segonzano, Stedro area; surface area 0.285ha, planting layout 3.00×0.80 with south/west exposure and altitude 650 m above sea level. Cultivated using the Pergola Trentina system, 3500 vines/ha. Year of planting 2006, yield per hectare 100 quintals/ha. Light gravelly soil of porphyry derivation. Manual harvesting in 200 kg crates. Vinification: extraction of free-run juice with soft pressing, static decantation of the must for 24 hours, inoculation with selected yeasts, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14/16 °C. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Maturation in bottle for at least 2 months.
Straw yellow colour with greenish hues, good aromaticity, hints of tropical fruit and apple; wine with good structure, excellent minerality with an acidic finish.
