Fermentation and maturation on fine lees in steel, without malolactic fermentation and tartaric stabilization.
Evident aroma characterized by fruity hints, reminiscent of ripe pears and apples. In the mouth, a full body dominates which, thanks to the harmonious acidity, preserves a certain elegance.
Seafood first courses, fish soups, medium-aged cheeses.
