Serving temperature: 12°

Pellicular maceration at low temperatures. Traditional white vinification at controlled temperature. Maturation of 12 months on fine lees for 65% in unroasted barriques and 35% in steel.

Clear colour typical of the variety. Slightly balsamic, mentholated and floral nose. Fresh, savoury, structured palate.

Excellent with fondue, white meats and roasts.
