Manual harvesting in boxes; fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks, with pre- and post-fermentation maceration of 20/22 days, and malolactic fermentation carried out; maturation in steel casks, bottle ageing for 4 months.

Intense ruby red colour with violet hues; aromatic nose of roses and violets, with hints of red fruits; consistent, delicately tannic and harmonious on the palate.

Earthy hors d'oeuvres, first courses with meat or game sauces, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
