Description

Manual harvest and classic red vinification in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine matures in new 5hl tonneaux, where malolactic fermentation also takes place, and ages for 14/18 months.

Tasting

Intense red color with bluish notes, compact nose with spicy notes of cocoa and liquorice, enveloping, powerful, balanced in the mouth.
