Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, the first ten days of October; fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 28/30°C, with maceration on the skins which varies depending on the vintage, from 7 to 15 days; matures in French barriques for 12 months and refines in bottle.

Very dense ruby ​​red color with burgundy violet reflections. Scent of ripe, enveloping red fruit. Excellent thickness on the palate, reminiscent of red fruit.

Stewed red meats, first courses with game ragout, semi-mature cheeses.
