Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, the first ten days of October; fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 28/30°C, with maceration on the skins which varies depending on the vintage, from 7 to 15 days; matures in French barriques for 12 months and refines in bottle.
Very dense ruby red color with burgundy violet reflections. Scent of ripe, enveloping red fruit. Excellent thickness on the palate, reminiscent of red fruit.
Stewed red meats, first courses with game ragout, semi-mature cheeses.
