Manual harvest in the first ten days of October; the fermentation is completed in oak tonneaux, after which the wine matures in second/third passage barriques for 8 months.
Brilliant ruby red color with violet reflections. Lively and strong varietal aroma typical of this Alpine wine. Sensations reminiscent of small fruits from blueberry to cherry, complexed by spicy and balsamic notes.
Stewed red meats, game, structured second courses, mature cheeses.
