Natural vinification in steel, with 30% of the wine resting six months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Soils rich in limestone and significant temperature variations give grapes rich in explosive acid-salty energy.
A lively and nervous wine, tasty and pervasive when young, surprising as the years pass.
