Description

From 3 hectares of the “Le Coste” vineyard, vines from 10 to 40 years. The fermentation, carried out with only Native yeasts, and the maceration last from two to three weeks. Refines for ten months in steel.

Tasting

It presents itself as a gentle, juicy and easy-drinking red wine, surrounded by fruity and floral aromas with echoes of undergrowth. Wine made as in the past with artisanal methods.

Pairings

Wine that goes well with traditional Italian first courses, excellent with a truffle omelette.
