Description

Spontaneous fermentation, 60% whole bunch with semi-carbonic maceration, which then continues in an open cement tank, the rest immediately in cement; the wine then ages in small exhausted wood for 8 months.

Intense nose of berries, which then explode in the sip, broad, fruity, juicy and crunchy.
