Description

Manual harvest in bins with selection in the vineyard; traditional vinification from spontaneous fermentation, with brief daily pumping over for 6/8 days; racking with soft pressing of the pomace.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby red colour; nose of blackberries, undergrowth and black cherries; aromatic, fruity and balanced sip, dense and velvety.

Ground appetizers, first courses with meat sauces, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
