Le More Barbera d’Asti DOCG 2022

The fermentation of the must, with frequent pumping over, lasts for a week and takes place at a controlled temperature of 28°. The refinement is done in steel barrels to keep the aromas of the fruit unaltered and thus have a product that is easy to drink, even if it has an important structure.

Dark and dense purple-red colour; nose of cherry and blackberry, with vegetal and slightly spicy notes. Smooth and casual sip; a great softness balances the characteristic acidity.
