Description

Vinification in steel: 5 days on the pomace, 5 months in stainless steel barrels with separate vinification of the musts, 5 months in the bottle; referments in the bottle with the ancestral method; After the second fermentation, the Native yeasts decay on the bottom, preserving it from aging.

Tasting

Intense ruby red. Intense aroma of wild berries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries, with hints of violets. Fresh and intense on the palate, with the right body, lively, dry and long-lasting.
